The Whiteinch Centre was a funded capital project in Glasgow. They have huge social impact but as the project developed, there was a need to review and re-scope the business model to be more efficient and sustainable. We worked with the board and CEO to consider options and recommend new ways of working, new processes and a re-invigorated staff team.
The centre used this new vision and approach to lever in some investment and they are looking at a positive future with motivated team and a new approach to enterprise and sustainability.
Dad’s Rock believe that dads can and do play a vital role in the upbringing of their children. They did such good work that they were funded to provide a huge range of services from playgroups, to counselling and prison work. This resulted in massive organisational change for a small number of passionate volunteers to a staff team and a diverse portfolio of services. We helped to guide them through a strategic planning followed by support with board and process development.
