Douglas Westwater, Executive Director

Douglas is an expert in project management and financing and has worked throughout Scotland with a wide range of third sector organisations and social enterprises. The development of capital projects is a particular area of his expertise.

Pamela Redpath, Social Enterprise Development Officer

Pamela is a chartered accountant but following an initial career in accountancy, chose to transfer those skills into supporting the development of third sector companies. She is also a specialist in legal and management models for social enterprises.

Victoria Pearce, Social Enterprise Development Officer

Victoria has worked for a range of national social enterprise support agencies including the Scottish Social Enterprise Coalition and Senscot. She has a sound knowledge of operational development and general business support as well as experience of complex events management.

Orla O’Donnell, Social Enterprise Development Officer

Prior to joining Community Enterprise in 2010, Orla worked as a Consultant in Economic and Social Regeneration. She is experienced in providing business development and capacity building support to social enterprises, and has a particular interest in measuring performance and impact within the third sector.

Shona McElroy, Business Development Manager: Marketing

Shona is experienced in marketing and business development in private and third sector organisations. She has managed a wide range of marketing projects in sectors including construction, telecommunications and social enterprise and previously ran her own brand design company.

Jackie Brierton, Social Enterprise Development Officer (Associate)

Jackie has worked for many years in private and social business, both in the support infrastructure in Scotland and England, as well as running her own successful businesses. She is a nationally respected expert in women's and young people's enterprise.

Judith Hutchinson, Office & Projects Manager

Judith has had an extensive management career in the civil service and brings experience of HR and quality management. Judith manages the Community Enterprise office.

Bridget joined Community Enterprise in 2011 after running her own nutrition business. She had previously worked in Local Government and is experienced in information handling and systems development.

Jo joined Community Enterprise in November 2011 as in Intern with the new marketing arm of the Company Fresh Focus Marketing. She is currently studying towards an MA in Journalism.
