Our organisational development team provide training, mentoring, facilitation, guidance and organisational health checks to ensure every part of the vehicle that is there to deliver the project is sound and effective. The support can range from legal structure guidance (which can be complex) to help with staffing roles and responsibilities, policies and processes. We support this at a planning stage, to make sure the building blocks are in place, but we can also come in during a project delivery when inevitable challenges need to be addressed.
