Organisational Reviews

Strong organisations are the key to the success of the third sector.  This can often be last on the to do list, but weak organisations cause stress, blockages and ineffectiveness.  We believe that a strong organisation is community controlled but also professional and skilled.  It is open to (and values) engagement but finds ways to be decisive without disappearing into a “decision by committee”.  We provide training, workshops, facilitated strategy days, guidance and mentoring on strengthening staff, boards and structures.

Branding image"We have been working with BOLD for just over a year to create a new brand image for Hanover. BOLD are a creative, talented and very capable company and are also very good to work with. They engage with you to really understand your business and, in Hanover’s case, they also displayed a very strong sense of value alignment. I have been impressed with their approach: nothing has been too much trouble for them and they go that extra mile to get the job done right. Taking all of these ingredients together, they have produced for Hanover a very exciting new identity which I am proud of: it is modern, strong and dynamic. BOLD are a refreshing company seriously worth considering and I have no hesitation in recommending them."

Helen Murdoch, Chief Executive, Hanover Scotland
